Our story

It all began in Abidjan.

It all began in Abidjan, with one belief: Ivorian modelling deserves real guidance, serious, demanding and human. Maître Akesse founded the agency so that every talent can build a career, not just land a show from time to time. Here, a model is not a number in a catalogue. She is prepared, followed, protected and pushed towards the best of herself.

We write “Model Management” in the singular, on purpose: every person has their own silhouette, their own character and their own way of wearing a garment.

Our job is to spot what makes them unique, then build their path on it.

No problem: many of our models started just like you. Here is exactly how it works.

    The online casting

    On the “Join the Agency” page, you fill in a form: your details, your measurements, at least 3 photos (a portrait, a full-length photo and one of your choice) and a short one-minute video, facing the camera, in which you introduce yourself. No need for a photographer: natural, well-lit photos are enough. Our team looks at every application.

    The in-person casting

    If your application is selected, we write to you on WhatsApp or by e-mail, with the date and the outfit to wear. On the day, we watch you walk and pose, and above all, we get to know you.

    Registration

    After a successful casting, you receive a registration code. You complete your file on the website and the agency confirms your registration.

  4. 4

    Training at the Academy

    Runway walk, posture, photo posing, presence on camera, attitude backstage and with clients. Professionals also come to share their experience during masterclasses.

  5. 5

    Your place in The Book

    You receive your access to the Model Space. There you complete your profile and add your photos. Your profile then appears in The Book, the online catalogue that brands and organisers browse. You start as a New Face, then move up to the Main Board with experience.

    Your professional profile in The Book: photo book, measurements, international sizes calculated automatically, comp card and CV ready to download, and a personal link to share.

  • Contracts

    Fashion shows, events, campaigns, catalogues, shoots… We introduce you to brands, designers and organisers, and we negotiate for you.

  • Follow-up

    We choose projects with you, prepare you before each job and stay by your side during and after.

  • Advice

    Image, style, book, photos to redo: we tell you honestly what will help you move forward.

  • Beyond Côte d'Ivoire

    When your profile is right for it, we steer you towards castings, contests and projects abroad.

  • A safe setting

    Your phone number and e-mail are never displayed: clients always go through the agency. You are protected.
