Maître Akesse Model Management places great importance on protecting your personal data. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why, and how it is protected.
Solely within the scope of our activity as a modeling agency: reviewing applications, managing our models' profiles, connecting with recruiters, and responding to your contact requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Photos and information submitted through an application or registration form
remain strictly private: they are never published and can only be viewed by the agency team,
to review your file.
Only the profiles of models we decide to publish on "The Book" appear
publicly — with only the useful professional information (measurements, photos, experience):
your personal phone number and email are never displayed publicly. Interested recruiters
always go through the agency, never through direct contact with the model.
To work, the site relies on technical providers. They process your data only to deliver this service, never for their own purposes or for advertising:
Some of these providers may host data outside Côte d'Ivoire (Europe, United States), with security safeguards.
If you are a minor at the time of your application or registration, it must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may be required to provide authorization later in the process.
Only as long as each use requires; it is then deleted:
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, without waiting for these periods (see below).
This site uses no advertising cookies. Only with your consent (banner shown on your first visit), it uses Google Analytics to measure its audience: number of visits, pages viewed, where visitors come from. These cookies ("_ga") are used solely to improve the site. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set.
Your browser's local storage (localStorage) remembers your cookie choice and, for a recruiter, their selection of models before submitting the form — this information stays on your own device.
The site operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to private data (applications, registrations, personal contact details) is protected by authentication reserved for the agency team.
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to our personal data contact: infos.ma2m@gmail.com (subject: "Personal data"). We reply within 30 days at most.
Your data is processed in accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
